Sustaining Fee Notes
In addition to the aggregate annual sustaining fee payable, there will be an annual fee of $1,000 for each supplemental security listed.
The following “fund family” discounts will be applied to the aggregate amount of sustaining fees, based on the number of closed-end funds listed as at the last trading day of the preceding calendar year:

| 15 or more | 7.5% |
| 20 or more | 10% |
The following “fund family” or “TSX Trust” discounts will be applied to the aggregate amount of sustaining fees, based on the number of ETPs listed or using TSX Trust as transfer agent and registrar, as applicable, as at the last trading day of the preceding calendar year:

This fee calculator is provided as a guide to assist in calculating the fees as set out in the TSX Listing Fee Schedule effective as of January 1, 2023.
Certain international interlisted issuers and TSX Venture Exchange graduates may be eligible to certain discounts. In certain circumstances, a 25% discount is applicable on the additional listing fees payable for securities reserved for issuance for a specific purpose at a later date. TSX will determine the final fee payable. Please refer to the Listing Fee Schedule for additional details.
