Market Open Ceremony

Market Open and Market Close Ceremonies at Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) provide an opportunity to generate exposure for listed companies on TSX and TSX Venture Exchange, as well as select organizations. The events are hosted in-person at our Market Centre, which is located in the heart of downtown Toronto's Financial District, and broadcast live on BNN Bloomberg. The events are also live streamed to YouTube, featured on TSX.com and TMX.com, and shared through X, Instagram, and LinkedIn. For added promotion, a press release is sent from TMX Newsfile to our extensive North American distribution network, and includes a video of your ceremony.

  9:40 AM	Ceremony concludes. Guests are invited to take photos in front of the TMX Market Centre's Media Wall

• Images & Live Stream

  A professional photographer will be provided for the duration of the Market Open Ceremony. A Google Drive link to high resolution photos will be shared with the visiting organization on the same day.

  A link to a live stream of the Market Open will be sent to the organization in advance. Following the market open, there will also be an archive made publically available on our YouTube Channel, which can be shared and/or embedded into the organization's website.   Shortly after the market open, a media release will be circulated to the Canadian Comprehensive English network and will also be uploaded on our website: https://www.tsx.com/news/market-opens

  Lastly, our posts on social media featuring the ceremony will be available on @tsx_tsxv (Twitter) and TMX Group (Linkedin).

  TMX Group and its affiliates may post photos and video from the Market Open Ceremony on their websites and distribute the photos and video through social media channels.

  It is the visiting organizations responsibility to ensure that all guests of the visiting organization attending the Market Open are aware of and agree to the use of photos and video of their image and likeness by TMX Group and its affiliates as described above, without compensation or further consent.

  Titled "View from the C-Suite," this video interview series highlights the unique perspectives of publicly listed companies, as well as insight into how business leaders think in the current environment. Interviews are available at no cost and are intended to help raise awareness of your company while also presenting objective information.

  Interviews are typically three to five minutes in length and can be filmed virtually or in our TMX Market Centre with Canada's leading capital markets as your backdrop. Once edited by our expert team, the finished product will be published on TSX.com, TMX.com, TMXmoney.com – Canada's leading financial information portal – and shared through TMX social channels, including YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn. Your company is also welcome to share the video through its own channels.

  The View from the C-Suite article is a 300-500 word thought leadership piece tackling topics that matter to you, with the aim of sparking a dialogue with readers. Authored by you, it will be written by one of our TMX writers based on points from your interview discussion. The series is published weekly to the TMX Money Blog and distributed through Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange social media channels. From this piece of content, investors can engage with your brand directly through TMX Money, a real-time stock quotes platform with over 1 million monthly retail investor visitors.

  Shine a spotlight on your company with an audio-only recording, cut from your interview discussion with a representative from TMX. To help generate buzz over social media, we'll highlight some bite-sized and thought-provoking quotes from your responses to the interview questions. • New Listing Videos

  The New Listing Video is a service provided by the TMX Group in coordination with our partner, Market One. The 45-second video showcases newly listed companies and welcomes them to the Exchange. The video will be shared across TMX Group's social media platforms, including Twitter and LinkedIn.
