Telecommunications Service Issue Impacting TMX IP Nasdaq Data via TCF Site
Attention TMX Information Processor Clients
Please be aware that Nasdaq encountered a telecommunications service provider issue. As a result, Nasdaq Data has been removed from the CBBO and CBBO-P due to permanently lost messages at the Toronto site (TCF).
All other feeds are operating normally.
Feeds Affected: CDF -CHX, CDF-CX2, CBBO, CBBO-P, CDB
Site(s) Impacted: TCF
Customer Action:
Clients are advised not to packet arbitrate between the MCC and TCF sites and consume data from the MCC location on the affected feeds for the remainder of the day.
