Telecommunications Issue Impacting TMX IP NEO Data from TCF Site
Attention TMX Information Processor Clients
Due to NEO experiencing an issue with their Network Service Provider, TMX-IP experienced permanently missed messages on NEO data at the Toronto (TCF) location.
As a result, NEO data has been removed from the CBBO and CBBO-P from the Toronto location.
All feeds from the Markham (MCC) location are unaffected.
Feeds Affected: CDF-AEQ, CBBO, CBBO-P, CDB, CLS
Site(s) Impacted: TCF
Customer Action: Clients are advised to consume data for the above-impacted feeds from the Markham (MCC) location for the remainder of the day.
