TMX Equity Trading Notice
TMX Equities Receives Regulatory Approval for Amendments to the TSX and TSXV Fee Schedules
TMX Equities is advising clients that the trading fee amendments related to the opening and closing auctions, as described in Equities Notice 2025-039, have received regulatory approval for the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") and TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV"). The amended fees will be effective Monday, November 3, 2025, and are enumerated below:
