TSX Alpha Exchange Receives Regulatory Approval Regarding Amendments to the Post Only Minimum Size Requirement
TMX Equities is pleased to announce that TSX Alpha Exchange ("Alpha") has received regulatory approval from the Ontario Securities Commission to amend the minimum order volume requirement of the Post Only order type for all securities on Alpha to 1 board lot, as described in Equities Notice 2025-036. These amendments are similar to changes previously announced for Alpha X and Alpha DRK (see Equities Notice 2025-013).
The amendments will be effective November 3, 2025.
