Proposed Amendments to Price Improvement of Certain Dark Orders - Now Available in GTE
TMX Equities is pleased to announce that the proposed amendments to the price improvement methodology of certain dark orders types for each of Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Alpha Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange are available in our Gateway Testing Environment. For further information on the proposed amendments, please see Equities Notice 2024-038. The amendments continue to be subject to regulatory approval, and subject to regulatory approval, the amendments will be available in our production environment in Q1 2025.
