TMX Equities Announces Update to the TSX Fee Schedule
TMX Equities is advising clients that the trading fee schedule of Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") will be amended, effective January 13, 2026, to include a reference to Net Asset Value ("NAV") crosses to the list of Specialty Crosses. As for the existing Specialty Cross types, there will be zero per-share fee for NAV crosses.
The NAV cross type will also be available as of January 13, 2026 on TSX Venture Exchange and TSX Alpha Exchange, with zero per-share fee.
As described under Market Operations Notice 2026-001, the introduction of the NAV Specialty Cross is to align with changes to CIRO's Universal Market Integrity Rules.
