REMINDER: Implementation Details for the 2025 Price Improvement of Certain Dark Orders
TMX Market Operations would like to remind all clients of the upcoming amendments to the price improvements methodology of certain dark orders on Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX"), TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV"), and TSX Alpha Exchange ("Alpha"), as described in Equities Notice 2024-038. These amendments are scheduled to be available in our production environment effective February 24, 2025.
Please note that the enhancement listed above is currently available in our Gateway Testing Environment (GTE). There is no change to the order entry and market data feed specifications for these amendments and the latest specifications are available on the TMX Webstore.
