TMX Equity Trading Notice
TSXV Receives Regulatory Approval Regarding Amendments to Price Improvement of Certain Dark Orders
TMX Equities Trading is pleased to announce that TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") has received regulatory approval from each of the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) & Alberta Securities Commission regarding its proposed amendments to the price improvement methodology of certain dark orders, as described in Equities Notice 2024-038.
The proposed amendments have already been approved by the Ontario Securities Commission for each of Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") and TSX Alpha Exchange ("Alpha") as set out in Equities Notice 2024-006.
The amendments will be implemented on TSX, Alpha and TSXV on February 24, 2025. A notice of approval for TSXV will be published on the BCSC's website in due course.
