ATB Securities Inc. & Cormark Securities Inc. - Surrender of Member Status & Name Change
ATB Securities Inc. has voluntarily surrendered its Toronto Stock Exchange Participating Organization, TSX Venture Exchange Participating Organization, and Alpha Exchange membership effective February 2, 2026.
Following the merger of Cormark Securities Inc. (073) and ATB Securities Inc. (003), a newly named participant, called ATB Capital Markets Corp., will trade under the Broker 003 effective February 2, 2026. ATB Capital Markets Corp. will be a Participating Organization of Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange and a member of Alpha Exchange.
