Nature of business: The investment objective of the RBC ETF is to provide income, for a limited period of time ending on the RBC ETF's Termination Date, by investing primarily in a portfolio of investment grade fixed-income securities issued in the U.S. market by U.S. and foreign corporations that mature in the same calendar year as the RBC ETF's Termination Date

Initial public offering: 50,000 CAD Units will be issued at a subscription price of C$20.00 and 50,000 USD Units will be issued at a subscription price of US$14.5396. The RBC ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of CAD Units and USD Units, each of which represents an equal, undivided interest in the net assets of the RBC ETF. The CAD Units and USD Units of the RBC ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of CAD Units and USD Units that may be issued.
