Market Opens

Marjorie Minet, Executive Vice-President, Wealth Management Advisory Services; David Lemieux, Vice-President and General Manager, Desjardins Securities; several members of management and wealth managers and dignitaries from the Montréal Canadiens Children's Foundation joined Jessica Caruso, Vice President, Head of Marketing, TMX Group, to close the markets and mark the annual children’s charity day. This important day marks the launch of the campaign by Desjardins Securities, which has been a partner of the Foundation for 22 years. A portion of the day's commissions is being donated to the cause in order to have a direct, positive impact on the overall health of future generations. To date, they have contributed $9.1 million to the Foundation, which provides children in need with help and support.
