Nature of business: |
The ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the Fidelity Canada U.S. Dividend for Rising Rates Currency Neutral Index. This ETF invests primarily in dividend-paying equity securities of U.S. companies that have a positive correlation of returns to increasing 10-year U.S. Treasury yields and uses derivatives to try to minimize the exposure of currency fluctuations between the U.S. and Canadian dollars. |

Distributions: |
Cash distributions on Units of the ETF will be made monthly. The ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Units, each of which represents an equal, undivided interest in that series' proportionate share of the assets of the ETF. The Units of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Units that may be issued. |
