Nature of business: The ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent possible and net of expenses, the performance of a cap-weighted index designed to provide exposure to diversified North American listed gold producers (currently, the Mirae Asset North American Listed Gold Producers Index).

Distributions: It is anticipated that the ETF will make distributions to its Unitholders on an annual basis.

Offering document: Prospectus dated October 30, 2024 (the "Prospectus"), which is available at www.sedarplus.ca. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein are as defined in the Prospectus.
Initial public offering: 100,001 Units will be issued at a subscription price of C$20.00 per Unit. The ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Units. Units of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Units that may be issued.
