Nature of business: The ETF aims to achieve long-term capital growth. It invests primarily in a mix of equity securities and an expansive set of fixed income securities of U.S. issuers and other issuers located anywhere in the world. The types of fixed income securities the ETF may invest in include, but are not limited to, global investment grade fixed income securities and higher yielding lower quality fixed income securities. The ETF can invest in these securities either directly or indirectly through investments in underlying funds, which may include liquid alternative mutual funds.

Distributions: Cash distributions on Units of the ETF will be made annually.
