Nature of business: The ETF seeks to replicate the performance of the price of gold bullion, net of fees and expenses, by investing in long-term holdings of unencumbered gold bullion in 400 troy ounce international bar sizes. The ETF does not speculate with respect to short-term changes and is not actively managed.
Transfer agent and registrar: State Street Trust Company Canada at its principal offices in Toronto.
Distributions: Cash distributions on Units of the ETF are expected to be made on an annual basis in the currency in which the Units are denominated, if at all.

Initial public offering: 80,000 CAD Units will be issued at a subscription price of CDN $30 per CAD Unit and 40,000 USD Units will be issued at a subscription price of USD $30 per USD Unit. Units are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Units that may be issued.
