Notice of Withdrawal - TBBO Price Setting Feature
TMX Equities is announcing that each of the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") and TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") has withdrawn its proposed amendments to its respective trading rule books to introduce allocation priority for price setting orders as described in the respective Notice of Proposed Amendments and Request for Comments published on May 5, 2022, and as set out in Equities Notice 2022-010. A Notice of Withdrawal for each of the exchanges has been published here.
