Nature of business: The ETF seeks to provide a high level of current income while seeking preservation of capital by investing primarily in U.S. dollar denominated investment grade corporate debt securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. entities.

Distributions: Cash distributions on Units of the ETF will be paid on a monthly basis.

Units of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Units that may be issued.
