Nature of business: The fund seeks to provide (i) a moderate positive total return consisting of dividend income and capital appreciation, while trying to reduce portfolio volatility and (ii) monthly distributions, by investing in a broad range of asset classes which may include equities, fixed income, inflation sensitive securities and cash.
