Nature of business: The ETF seeks to track, to the extent reasonably possible and before the deduction of fees and expenses, the performance of a global carbon credit index which measures the investment return of global cap-and-trade carbon emission credits. Currently, the ETF seeks to track the Solactive Global Carbon Credit CAD Hedged Index (or any successor thereto).

The CAD Units of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of CAD Units that may be issued.
