Incorporation: The ETF is an exchange-traded, alternative mutual fund, established under the laws of Ontario on July 8, 2021 pursuant to a master declaration of trust.

Nature of business: The investment objective of the ETF is to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before the deduction of fees and expenses, a multiple of the performance of a rules-based, equal-weighted, diversified by sector index of Canadian covered call exchange traded funds. Specifically, the ETF seeks to replicate a 1.25 times multiple of the Solactive Multi-Sector Covered Call ETFs Index (or any successor thereto). The ETF will use leverage in order to seek to achieve its investment objective. Leverage will be created through the use of cash borrowings or as otherwise permitted under applicable securities legislation.

Distributions: Cash distributions on Units of the ETF will be made monthly.

Initial public offering: 187,501 Class E Units will be issued at a subscription price of $16.00 per Class E Unit. The ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Class E Units, each of which represents an equal, undivided interest in the net assets of the ETF. Class E Units of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Class E Units that may be issued.
