Incorporation: The CI ETF is an exchange-traded alternative mutual fund established as a trust under the laws of the Province of Ontario pursuant to an amended and restated declaration of trust dated January 6, 2020.

Nature of business: The CI ETF seeks to generate consistent positive total returns with an emphasis on capital preservation and low correlation to traditional equity and fixed income markets. The CI ETF will be primarily invested in the investment grade debt of corporations and financial institutions in the developed world.
Transfer agent and registrar: TSX Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto.
Dividends: Any cash distributions of income on the Units of the CI ETF are expected to be made monthly in the currency in which the Units are denominated.

Initial public offering: 100,000 Common Units will be issued at a subscription price of $20.00 per Common Unit and 100,000 US$ Common Units will be issued at a subscription price of US$20.00 per US$ Common Unit. The CI ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Units, each of which represents an undivided interest in the net assets of the CI ETF. The Units of the CI ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Units that may be issued.
