Holidays Change in Operating Schedule: Settlement Schedule for September 30, 2026 – National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

TMX Market Operations is advising all clients that Wednesday, September 30, 2026 is a Banking Holiday ONLY. Therefore, this will be considered as both a non-clearing
day and a non-settlement day.

Please be advised that the Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange, TSX Alpha Exchange and Alpha-X/DRK will be open for trading on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
