TMX Equity Trading Notice
TSX Proposed Amendments to the Must Be Filled Order Type - Request for Comments
TMX Equities Trading is pleased to announce proposed amendments to the Must Be Filled ("MBF") Order Type on Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX"), as described in the Notice of Proposed Amendments and Request for Comments for TSX published here. The proposed amendments aim to simplify the rules governing MBF orders and broaden the scope of activity eligible for MBF treatment.
TSX has filed an application with the Ontario Securities Commission relating to the proposed amendments. Participants are encouraged to provide their feedback on the proposed amendments. The public comment period ends on September 14, 2026.The proposed amendments are expected to be implemented in Q3 2026, subject to regulatory approval.
