TMX Operational Notice

Change in Settlement Schedule for the Victoria Day Holiday

TMX Market Operations is advising all clients that the Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange, TSX Alpha Exchange and Alpha-X/DRK will be closed Monday, May 18, 2026 for the Victoria Day Holiday.

All trades on Friday May 15, 2026 will be for Special Settlement on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

Members are also advised that the Canadian Depository for Securities will similarly be closed for the Victoria Day Holiday.
