TMX Equity Trading Notice
Proposed Introduction of Dark Orders on Alpha Classic - Specification Details
Further to Equities Trading Notice 2026-007, TMX Equities is pleased to provide specification details related to the proposed amendments to introduce certain Dark order types within the Alpha Classic order book on TSX Alpha Exchange (subject to regulatory approval). The updated specifications are now available on our TMX Webstore.
The amendments are expected to be implemented in Q3 2026 (subject to regulatory approval). The proposed amendments will be made available in our Gateway Testing Environment effective Friday, April 17, 2026.
