TSX Delisting Review – Colossus Minerals Inc. (CSI.NT, CSI.WT.A, CS)

DELISTING REVIEW Colossus Minerals Inc. (the "Company") - Further to TSX Bulletin 2014-0042 dated January 14, 2014, TSX has determined to delist the common shares (Symbol: CSI), unsecured gold-linked notes (Symbol: CSI.NT) and common share purchase warrants of the Company (Symbol: CSI.WT.A and CSI.WT.B) (collectively, the "Securities") of the Company at the close of business on February 21, 2014 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX. The Securities will remain suspended from trading.
