Conifex Timber Inc. (the "Company") - An application has been granted for the original listing in the Industrial category of 26,201,189 common shares of the Company, of which 20,878,978 common shares are issued and outstanding, and 5,322,211 common shares are reserved for issuance.
The common shares of the Company will be listed and posted for trading at the opening on Tuesday, May 20, 2014.
